1. Power source
The CBL18 aerial work platform can be powered by a diesel engine, battery, or external power supply when the machine is working.
2. Working arm
The working arm of the CBL18 aerial work platform is a folding arm structure (CBL14, CBL16, and CBL18 are folding arm plus telescopic arm structures). The lifting/lowering action of the working arm is realized by a hydraulic cylinder. The amplitude angle of the working arm can be adjusted arbitrarily within the allowed working range.
3. Turntable slewing mechanism
The turntable slewing mechanism is composed of a turntable, a slewing bearing, a hydraulic motor, and a reducer. The working arm is installed on the slewing platform. The hydraulic motor drives the reducer to drive the slewing bearing, making the turntable realize 360° continuous full rotation (optional).
4. Work platform
The working platform rotation function can be optionally installed as needed to increase the working range.
5. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of the CBL18 series platform is a medium-high pressure hydraulic system. The system uses hydraulic components from famous domestic and foreign manufacturers, which are reliable and durable.
6. Operating table
The CBL18 series platform is hydraulically and electrically operated. The upper and lower operating tables are equipped with electrical operating handles for easy use.
7. Crawler walking device
The crawler walking device of the whole machine allows one person to easily control the movement of the machine, which is suitable for uneven ground and complex terrain. The machine can turn 360 degrees on the spot, which is flexible and convenient.
8. Manned basket leveling system
The manned basket leveling valve can adjust the horizontal state of the manned basket. Push the handle to adjust the operation.
